MyDesignerly Reserve Luxury Designer Layaway is free to use. No interest charges. Make as many payments as you need. Allows you to buy an item using installment payments.You will have 90 days to pay the balance and the item will be sent to you after the final payment is complete.
How it Works:
- Start Shopping
- Add your favorite item to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Deposit
- Use the discount code *LAYAWAY *at checkout. You will be charged your 30% deposit plus any applicable taxes.
- Make Your Payments
- We will contact you to see how you wish to pay for the balance. You have 90 days to complete your payments (the remaining 70%)
Payment Options:
- Credit Card: Provide us with your credit card information and desired dates and amounts and we will charge your card accordingly
- Invoices: Provide us with your email address and we will send over a PayPal invoice which will allow you to make your payments on your own schedule
- Receive Your Items
Your purchase will be automatically shipped once your final payment has been made
LAYAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A receipt is sent for every payment you make and a record of all your payments is always available. Just ask us if you cant remember exactly what you still owe. You have 5 days (inclusive of weekends) after your first 30% deposit to change your mind and receive a full refund. After that, the deposit payment is non-refundable and all sales are final. Please review the bag description and photos carefully before making your layaway purchase. No additional discounts can be applied to a layaway item. All layaways must be paid within 90 days. Any layaways not paid in full upon the expiration of the 90 day period will result in a cancellation of the order and the loss of your deposits.
Cancellations
- Transaction Fee. In the event that your MyDesignerly Luxury Layaway is canceled or returned, or in the event that you fail to timely complete payment consistent with The Reserve Terms and Conditions, we will retain thirty percent (30%) of your total purchase price amount (the “Transaction Fee”). However, if you would still like to use our MyDesignerly Luxury Layaway program, please carefully review all of the available product information and call or email if you have any specific questions about an item.
